| Loaner
Vehicle Policy – Shaker Saab Brook Park makes service
loaners available to customers whose vehicle is in for scheduled maintenance,
warranty or mechanical repair. Loaners must be scheduled in advance and
are subject to availability. Loaner vehicles are not available for collision
work or other accident damage repair. In that case, a rental may be obtained
and covered by the customers’ insurance. Loaner vehicles may be used
within a 50 mile radius of the dealership unless prior permission is granted
in writing to travel further than 50 miles. Use of a Loaner Vehicle outside
of 50 miles from Shaker Saab Brook Park without permission will convert
the Loaner Agreement to a Rental Agreement and rental and mileage charges
will apply. The customers’ own insurance will be the primary coverage
on loaner vehicles. A current, valid US driver’s license and a current
insurance card or other proof of insurance will be required to obtain a
loaner vehicle. Shaker Saab Brook Park provides a minimum of a quarter tank
of gas with each loaner vehicle and currently charges $10.00 as a fuel surcharge
to cover increasing fuel costs. Customers returning loaner vehicles with
fuel replaced must provide a receipt to void the fuel surcharge. Loaner
vehicles must be returned when work to the customers’ vehicle is complete.
Failure to return a loaner vehicle on time will result in rental charges.
There is no smoking permitted in loaner vehicles. Smoking in loaner vehicles
may result in clean up charges. Likewise, please clean up any personal trash
when returning a loaner vehicle. Any spills or stains my result in clean
up charges. The success and continuation of the loaner vehicle program is
dependent on adherence to these policies by both Shaker Saab Brook Park
and its customers. Please adhere to these policies so that we may continue
to offer this mutually beneficial program. The loaner vehicle program and
its terms may be modified or terminated at any time at the discretion of
Shaker Saab Brook Park without notice.
Parking
Policy – Shaker Saab Brook Park offers the ability
to Park here while you travel with service. We charge only $5.00 / day
for parking and give you a credit of $5.00 for each $100.00 spent in service.
Vehicles must be picked up during business hours unless prior arrangement
is made to pick up outside of business hours. Once a car is locked out
for a customer, it is out of our control. At that point the customer and
their insurance company are responsible for any damage caused by circumstances
beyond our control. |
